Hi all,
Our May issue of Speaker’s Digest contained an open letter to President Obama addressing his overuse of non-words (uh, um) during media interviews. If you missed it, you can read the full text here. Come on Mr. President…70+ non-words in the first five minutes of your 60 Minutes interview?? Too many “uhs” undermine your credibility and make you seem unprepared for the moment in the spotlight. Any readers with access to the White House are welcome to pass along our thoughts and suggest that he contact us for help.
