But if you’re a professional who truly wants to excel in managing and motivating others, EMS offers executive-level coaching and consultation to help you communicate more effectively with direct reports, clients, team members, or other key audiences.

EMS sets up monthly and annual arrangements with coaching clients, including both in-person, phone and email consultations as appropriate. On an as-needed basis, we attend team meetings, facilitate discussions, interview colleagues or help prepare for transitions.
