What is Executive Coaching
Executive Coaching is an intentional relationship between you and one of our coaches with the specific goal of getting you to communicate on a higher, more effective level. While your success is very serious, the path to getting there doesn’t have to be. Our style is casual, direct, caring, energetic, and sometimes irreverent, yet we take our work very seriously. Clients can expect privacy and confidentiality from us, as well as an attitude of mutual respect.
At EMS, we have a unique approach when working with leaders and executives. Participants in our Executive Coaching program learn that an authentic communication style, being who you ARE rather than who you think you need to be, is the ideal way to achieve success. It helps you relax while communicating, and your audience, whether it’s one person or one thousand, will be more attentive and engaged.
How long does Executive Coaching Take?
EMS Communications offers two options for people seeking executive coaching: one-day Executive Speech Coaching and long-term Executive Coaching.
Executive Speech Coaching
Executive Speech coaching is an intensive one-day coaching session. These are designed to help you prepare for a specific presentation or speech, whether it’s a press conference, a corporate presentation, or a presentation to the Board of Directors. We will work through your presentation, including visual aids, and help you refine your delivery to be more effective and achieve the results you’re seeking. Long-Term Executive Coaching
Our Executive Coaching program ranges from 6-12 months (or more), depending on your needs. During this time you’ll work intimately with one of our coaches through monthly face-to-face meetings, phone conversations, and unlimited email and text messages.
